We are looking for a Global Business Process Owner (m/f/d) to join our X-FABulous Team Customer Projects.

You will be responsible for specific parts of the X-FAB business process standardization, optimization and automation (especially for the global ERP system), contact and representative across all X-FAB sites.

Your Role:

›    Identify process requirements and gaps in close collaboration with all stakeholders.
›    Involve local key users and stakeholders in decision-making to ensure global harmonized processes across all X-FAB sites.
›    Decide on process strategy & process design in close collaboration with all other departments
›    Ensure success of process deployment: process monitoring and process improvement
›    Ensure cross-functional integration of processes into ERP-System & surrounding system landscape.
›    Change management, key user training, testing, ongoing maintenance & process quality assurance.
›    Ensures all process activities (what to do), procedures (how to perform) and policies (rules and governance) are defined, designed & documented.
 

›    You have a university degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration or Information Technology or comparable discipline. 
›    High level of technical competence, IT affinity, open-minded for digital transformation.
›    Self-motivated, well-organized, cooperative, communicative, service-oriented. 
›    Fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage. 
›    Deep understanding of X-FAB business and cross-functional processes.
›    Willingness to travel and ability to work effectively in multicultural international team and interact with colleagues of other sites regularly.
›    Good technical leadership and organizing abilities.
›    Strong personality with assertiveness, influence & authority within the business process area.
›    Able to meet deadlines.
›    Good problem-solving skills.
