Your Role

Leading and coordinating the tasks of the Yield Enhancement team.
Recording and ensuring the necessary qualifications in the team and application of quality methods such as 8D, 5Why, FMEA, Fishbone
Ensuring that our customers are supplied in line with quality requirements
Management of cooperation with internal and external customers on technological or product-related topics, including planning and management of customer meetings
Project-oriented implementation of CI processes according to the PDCA and 8D methods to ensure quality parameters and improve product and wafer yields
Planning and execution of improvement, optimization tasks as well as cost reduction and efficiency projects
Ensuring change management under the conditions of the automotive and medical industries
Ensuring established quality standards and rules in the area of responsibility

Your Profil

You hold a university or technical college degree in a scientific or engineering field
You have relevant professional experience in the field of (MEMS) single process development
You ideally already have experience in leading a team
You are characterized by an independent and result-oriented way of working
You have good communication skills, are flexible and have good organizational, leadership and integration skills
Very good German and English language skills complete your profile
