Your role is an important piece of the X-FAB cogwheel.
You optimize interdisciplinary processes, promote collaboration between teams at Supply
Chain and eliminate trouble spots.
- You accompany ramp-up phases and are responsible for process optimization in the specialist area as well as in the intercompany business.
- Your core tasks include the management of and participation in topic-related projects as well as collaboration in the development of local and global concepts for the solution of current and strategic goals
- You will be responsible for project work and coordination with a focus on new customers/new products.
- You take over the support of customers whose production is cross-location or cross-company for the Erfurt site
- You are the central contact person and know-how carrier for users with regard to supply chain processes
Your profile
- Structured approach to work with strong coordination and organizational skills
- Professional communication in German and the ability to conduct technical discussions in English
- High service orientation and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Completed studies in industrial engineering or business administration with a focus on logistics, or comparable study focus
- First professional experience in the field of customer service as well as customer care in industry desirable
- Willingness to develop and work with local and global teams
