Your role is an important piece of the X-FAB cogwheel.

You optimize interdisciplinary processes, promote collaboration between teams at Supply
Chain and eliminate trouble spots.

You accompany ramp-up phases and are responsible for process optimization in the specialist area as well as in the intercompany business.
Your core tasks include the management of and participation in topic-related projects as well as collaboration in the development of local and global concepts for the solution of current and strategic goals
You will be responsible for project work and coordination with a focus on new customers/new products.
You take over the support of customers whose production is cross-location or cross-company for the Erfurt site
You are the central contact person and know-how carrier for users with regard to supply chain processes

Your profile

Structured approach to work with strong coordination and organizational skills
Professional communication in German and the ability to conduct technical discussions in English
High service orientation and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Completed studies in industrial engineering or business administration with a focus on logistics, or comparable study focus
First professional experience in the field of customer service as well as customer care in industry desirable
Willingness to develop and work with local and global teams
