Your Role

  • planning and management of a program consisting of development, improvement and capacity expansion projects
  • understanding customer needs and translating them into target specifications
  • scheduling of the different projects including prioritization of tasks
  • collaboration with the related teams of process engineering, supply chain, quality and development
  • internal and external communications and stakeholder management
  • management of technical and non-technical project risks

 

Your Profile

  • university degree and interest in working on technical and commercial topics
  • experiences in project management, related certification (for example PMP by PMI) would be an advantage
  • experienced in the use of project management tools as well as a secure handling of MS Office
  • strong communications skills and ability to build strong internal network and relationships
  • process improvement skills and mindset; propose changes and improvements to existing work methods
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an international team
  • knowledge of automotive core tools and problem-solving competence would b an advantage
  • very good German (C1) and English language skills (written and verbal) for internal and external communication
