Your Role

Technological and technical support of manufacturing processes in the fields Electroplating, Lithography, MES & SPC, Metallization, Metrology, Plasma Etch and Wet Chemistry
Development and optimization of processes
Determination of equipment and process key figures
Monitoring and maintenance of technological process and validation steps
Support of technological transfers to customers and other X-FAB sites
Technical support and qualification of our operators
Collaboration with other teams to secure manufacturing and to increase manufacturing efficiency

Your Profile

You hold a degree in the field of natural sciences, engineering or material sicience
You have ideally experience in MEMS or semiconductor technology
You are familiar with statistical tools like DOW, SPC or MSA
You have preferably experience with data processing and data management
You are self-reliant and a pragmatic problem-solver
You have strong communication skills, high commitment and the ability to work effectively in a team
You are fluent in English and German
