Your Role

Participation in the development of new innovative technologies for the sites Itzehoe and Erfurt
Intersection between the departments technology and manufacturing
Ensure manufacturing capability in the automotive and medical sectors
Responsibility for the continuous improvement of methods and processes through trials
Cross-departmental evaluation of technological vulnerability within the development stage
Statistical data analysis of electrical parameters and optical inspection in terms of process and machine capabilities, etc.
Usage of different quality methods such as 8D, 5Why, FMEA, Fishbone

Your Profile

University degree in electrical-engineering, electronics, physics or an equivalent qualification
Knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing of MEMS is desirable
Expertise in process technologies, integration and integrated MEMS components
Several years of work experience as a project manager or in appropriate positions is preferable
Personal strength such as assertiveness, high flexibility, strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
Excellent knowledge in methods and softwares (e.g. MS-Office, analytical and statistical tools)
Good written and spoken English and German skills
