Your Role

  • Participation in the development of new innovative technologies for the sites Itzehoe and Erfurt
  • Intersection between the departments technology and manufacturing
  • Ensure manufacturing capability in the automotive and medical sectors
  • Responsibility for the continuous improvement of methods and processes through trials
  • Cross-departmental evaluation of technological vulnerability within the development stage
  • Statistical data analysis of electrical parameters and optical inspection in terms of process and machine capabilities, etc.
  • Usage of different quality methods such as 8D, 5Why, FMEA, Fishbone

 

Your Profile

  • University degree in electrical-engineering, electronics, physics or an equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing of MEMS is desirable
  • Expertise in process technologies, integration and integrated MEMS components
  • Several years of work experience as a project manager or in appropriate positions is preferable
  • Personal strength such as assertiveness, high flexibility, strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent knowledge in methods and softwares (e.g. MS-Office, analytical and statistical tools)
  • Good written and spoken English and German skills
