In the Marketing & Sales department at our Erfurt site, we are currently looking for a 

Assistant Sales & Marketing Communications (m/f/d)

Your role:
In this responsible position you are supporting our global marketing and sales team in a smart and proactive manner and acting as a communicative hub.

Adminstrative support, including:

• Coordination of meetings/appointments and arrangement of visits and workshops
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings, video conferences and webinars  
• Maintenance and further development of company intranet
• Issue purchase orders and processing of invoices
• Putting together presentation materials in English for monthly reports and professional analyses

Internal and external corporate communication

• Maintenance of social media platforms and creation of content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc. plus media monitoring tasks
• Creation of internal newsletters and blog entries 
• Implementation of employer branding measures in collaboration with the Human Resources department and external agencies 
• Organizational support for participation at exhibitions

Your profile:

• Degree in communications, marketing or related field plus at least three years of work experience
• Ideally with experience in working for an international company as sales assistant or in corporate communications
• Excellent level of English and German (written and spoken)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a passion for creative writing
• Strong affinity to social media and internet 
• Proficient in the use of IT systems including Microsoft Office packages
• Independent, reliable & diligent way of working
• Communicative, well-organized and effective 
• Ready to work as part of an international team in a multi-cultural work environment
