To support our NVM Technology Team within our NVM Development Group we are looking for a

Development Engineer Non Volatile Memory (m/f/d)
Site Erfurt, Germany

with the following tasks:

• Definition of process specifications and design rules of new NVM process modules
• Execution of characterization campaign support
• Description of statistical behavior in term of process parameters
• Interface between development and YE groups to ensure PCM parameters match between electrical test and specification
• Investigation and debug of process issues through electrical measurement
• Support NVM development group by providing complete information on device models, processes spec, and design rules

• Bachelor/Master in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Material Science, Physics or equivalent
• Understanding of process integration work and process flow, semiconductor device operation, data analysis and statistical methods
• Knowledge of test pattern design for electrical & process monitoring is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical test program development & TCAD is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent skills in planning and organizational skills, problems solving and analysis skills
