Job description
The Inside Sales Representative EMEA has a direct interface with the customer and is responsible for Commercial Sales activities with X-FAB’s foundry customers in the European, MiddleEast and Africa Region with worldwide foundry manufacturing sites.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial handling and sales support of our silicon foundry customers
- Basic response on proper utilization of process technologies and design kits within a defined region supported by the Technical Hotline and Marketing organization
- Administers basic contracts (such as NDAs) with business partners
- Works closely with our customer service teams and fabs in the USA, Malaysia, France and Germany
- Interfaces with new and potential customers to identify their needs and fit them to X-FAB’s services and process technologies
- Supports Field Sales Engineers in EMEA utilizing our state of the art Sales software platform
- Provides analysis and back office support to the world-wide sales organization including planning and forecasting tasks
Job requirements
- Computer skills: must know MS Office; ERP or CRM software preferred
- Professional experience in a Sales, Customer Service or related position in a business-to-business environment preferred
- Knowledge of semiconductor processing and development preferred
- Technical understanding and interest in technological processes during the manufacturing of micro-electronic modules
- Good communication skills for interface with customers, suppliers, & internal resources , Good organizational skills
- Assertive, flexible and reliable; enjoying the daily customer contact
- Must speak and write English and German fluently
- Is a systematic worker, enjoys business process engineering and change managemen
