Job description
- Test structure design to enable process and device characterization via electrical testing
- As part of a project team, to plan, execute and manage design activities in achieving project objectives
- Establishment of effective design workflow, guidelines, and best practices
- Establishment of better design data management system by means of databases and effective versioning control
- Development of design automation tool for efficiency improvement
Job requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree / Master / PhD of Engineering in Electronic Engineering / Material Science / Physics / Microelectronics / IT or related subject
- Experience: Knowledge and experience in devices physics, IC design, and/or electrical measurement techniques
- Existing working experience with semiconductor technologies is a plus
- Willingness to travel and ability to work effectively in multicultural international team
- Self-motivated, Good problem-solving skills, Quality awareness
- Good technical leadership and organizing abilities
- Good English language and communication skills, able to communicate in German is a plus but not required
