Technical Assistant - Process Development Support

X-FAB Sarawak is looking for Technical Assistant - Process Development Support to support and assist Process Development Engineers in running the daily engineering activities on lot management and wafer logistics.
Your Role:
- Engineering lot management support in lot monitoring and disposition.
- Buddy Implant SWR execution.
- Handle and manage logistics of engineering lot movemnet such as shipment, FA, NPB, branch, split/merge and wafers storage.
- Assist Project Teams on dailt engineering activities support.
- Liaise with cross department, MPC/ MFG to ensure lot smooth run with delay.
- Carry out manual defect inspection, inline data collection/retrieval and extra measurement as directed by project leaders.
- Perform Process Development lot administration work & housekeeping.
- Responsible for daily lot monitoring meeting and reports.
Your Profile:
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with good English & Mathematics.
- FAB experience preferred.
