Your role:

Technological and technical support of etching processes:
Design, introduction, maintenance of new sub-steps in the respective specialty area.
Preparation, execution and evaluation of SPC and FDC data, binding specification of technological parameters
Preparation, execution and documentation of plant tests
Planning, execution and evaluation of experiments (DoE)
Equipment support, equipment-related parameter definition
Development of production documents (workplace instructions, control regulations, checklists)
Development and installation of backup solutions and finding appropriate measures to increase manufacturing efficiency
Responsibility for sub-step and cross-step support of manufacturing technologies
Technical supervision of manufacturing personnel
Project management as well as implementation of continuous improvements

Your profile:

University degree in a scientific or engineering field
Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing
solution- and customer-oriented approach; confident appearance towards internal and external customers
confident in handling large amounts of data as well as in the use and application of MS-Office
Distinct ability to work in a team, high motivation to perform, ability to work under pressure, flexibility, reliability as well as creativity, curiosity and a goal-oriented, independent way of working
