Your role:
- Technological and technical support of etching processes:
- Design, introduction, maintenance of new sub-steps in the respective specialty area.
- Preparation, execution and evaluation of SPC and FDC data, binding specification of technological parameters
- Preparation, execution and documentation of plant tests
- Planning, execution and evaluation of experiments (DoE)
- Equipment support, equipment-related parameter definition
- Development of production documents (workplace instructions, control regulations, checklists)
- Development and installation of backup solutions and finding appropriate measures to increase manufacturing efficiency
- Responsibility for sub-step and cross-step support of manufacturing technologies
- Technical supervision of manufacturing personnel
- Project management as well as implementation of continuous improvements
Your profile:
- University degree in a scientific or engineering field
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing
- solution- and customer-oriented approach; confident appearance towards internal and external customers
- confident in handling large amounts of data as well as in the use and application of MS-Office
- Distinct ability to work in a team, high motivation to perform, ability to work under pressure, flexibility, reliability as well as creativity, curiosity and a goal-oriented, independent way of working
