Your role:

You will provide technological, technical and quality support for manufacturing systems in the MEMS area.
You are responsible for the sub-step-related and cross-step maintenance and development of manufacturing technologies. You create suitable measures to increase the manufacturing efficiency.
Furthermore, you are responsible for the instruction of our manufacturing personnel.
You have knowledge of the analysis and correlation of machine and production data.
By means of detailed programs you implement strategies across teams.
You make operational decisions responsibly and independently when problems arise in connection with process quality within the framework of quality standards.

Your profile:

You have a university degree.
Your education/professional experience within the semiconductor industry provides you with a comprehensive understanding of semiconductor processes.
You work in a solution- and customer-oriented manner and are confident in your dealings with internal and external customers.
Your profile is rounded off by the following qualities: the ability to work in a team, flexibility, reliability, ability to work under pressure, ability to work independently, creativity and curiosity.
