Development Engineer NVM Technology (f/m/x)

Your role

  • Technology leader of module developments for non-volatile memory integration

  • Definition of process steps, integration concepts, specifications and design rules

  • Execution of characterization campaign, parameter extraction and evaluation

  • Description of statistical behaviour in term of process parameters

  • Analysing and debugging non-volatile memory products

  • Cooperation with expert teams from technology, IP development and YE groups to ensure the matching between electrical test and specification

  • Support NVM development group by providing complete information on device models, processes spec and design rules

  • Openness regarding feedback from engineers on enhancements and improvements

  • Anticipate future development challenges and drive cost effective solutions

  • Continuously improve our processes, driving for the highest quality and efficiency

  • Innovative and proactive work with advanced tools

Your Profile

  • Bachelor/Master in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Material Science, Physics or equivalent
  • Understanding of process integration work and process flow, semiconductor device operation, data analysis and statistical methods
  • Knowledge of test pattern design for electrical & process monitoring
  • Knowledge on device level characterisation & reliability testing is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent skills in planning and organizational for problem solving and analysis
