Team Leader NVM-Test

At the Dresden site, we are looking for a Team Leader NVM Test (m/f/d) in the area of Non-Volatile Memory Development to start as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
- Leading our global team of NVM test
- Strategic personnel and performance management of the team, including conducting personnel interviews
- Responsibility, enforcement and control of projects and tasks
- Ensuring the necessary qualifications of the employees, organizing and controlling further training measures
- Coordinating/organizing tasks within the team
- Setting priorities for task completion in the team and evaluating the results achieved
- Enforcing standards in the team and participating in the definition and development of methods in the department
- Coordinating cooperation with internal/external customers on difficult problem cases
- Leading meetings, also across departments
- Responsible for organizing, planning and controlling team specific budgets (personnel, material & media consumption, investment)
- Responsibility for the achievement and presentation of results for the department
- Provision of agreed standardized measurement data for further processing in the appropriate database
- Support of NVM development and collaboration in the definition and further development of test strategies for "embedded" circuit blocks
- Processing of analyses (FA), complaints and application support
- Carrying out technical coordination with all necessary partners and collaboration on specifications
Your profile:
- You lead the way, take responsibility to make a goal, but also play off to your team members at the right moment
- You have a completed degree in a related field of study and at least 3 years of specific experience in NVM
- You have profound experience in the processing of analyses (FA), complaints and applicative deployment support
- You have an overview of complex contexts and are able to familiarize yourself with new topics quickly thanks to your ability to grasp new issues.
- You are able to communicate your concerns clearly and comprehensibly in German or English in an interdisciplinary environment
- You have understood that multicultural teamwork is not a buzzword, but the key to mutual success for your team
