Test Engineer (f/m/x)

X-FAB France is looking to strengthen its yield improvement team in fast-growing technologies. This team guarantees product quality. It monitors production line performance, analyzes yield detractors and coordinates improvement plans. It works closely with process engineers, logistics and quality. She is also the technical interface in customer relations.
Your tasks
You will be responsible for monitoring line electrical parameters:
- analyzing the causes of deviations
- coordinating corrective actions
- validation of continuous improvement plans
- publication of internal/external technical reports
You will be responsible for :
- the quality of products delivered
- compliance with automotive industry requirements
You will work closely with :
- our site staff (Integration, Process, Logistics, Quality)
- Group partners (X-FAB Malaysia, Germany)
Your profile
- Engineer or PhD with experience in the semiconductor field
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Leadership and autonomy
- Taste for teamwork
- Ability to adapt communication to situations/clients (internal/external)
- Very good computer skills (JUMP, R or equivalent) and good knowledge of data analysis systems
- Fluency in French and very good level of English
