Reliability Program and Test Engineer

Job description
To support our Quality - Reliability Team at our site in Corbeil we are looking for an Engineer Reliability Program and Test (m/f/d) for following tasks:
- Lead various projects and support technology development and qualifications
- Ensure a good documentation of the project and measurement data and analyses you are responsible for
- Work with cross-functional and cross-site modules and teams
- Coordinate short- and long-term test planning to meet the reliability targets and program timelines
- Support of multiple technologies and products in a foundry environment will be required
- Candidates will be expected to work closely with process integration, process modules, failure analysis, product, and customer engineering organizations to meet all customer technology requirements.
Job requirements
- PhD / Master's / Bachelor's degree in electronics, microelectronics, physics, materials science or a related field.
- Experience in the field of Reliability, project management, preferably with a semiconductor industry
- Your professional experience within the semiconductor industry provides you with a solid understanding of semiconductor reliability
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
- Basic programming skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of an international team
- Problem solving skills and quality awareness
