Device Reliability Engineer (f/m/x)

Your Missions

Lead projects to enhance semiconductor reliability, improve quality and develop methods and processes
Develop robust mixed signal processes and be part of a global team
Analyse and assess various measurement and process data and create lifetime predictions from the results
Develop and implement new methods for measurement and prediction of semiconductor reliability
Ensure a good documentation of the measurement data and analyses you are responsible for
Solve problems together with the colleagues from process engineering, quality and our customers

Your Profile

University degree in electrical-engineering, micro-electronics, physics or comparable discipline
Your professional experience within the semiconductor industry provides you with a solid understanding of semiconductor reliability
You take over responsibility and actively tackle problems
You understand complex contexts and with your fast comprehension you are quickly learn new things
You are solution-oriented and autonomous and use your expertise in interdisciplinary teams
You enjoy teamwork in a multicultural environment
You voice your requests in an interdisciplinary setting clearly in English language
