Digital Designer (all genders)

We are looking for a Digital Designer (m/f/d) to join our X-FABulous Team.
Your role:
- Development of digital circuit blocks in different technology levels up to 0.11µm nodes
- Creation of digital behavioral descriptions for non-volatile memory devices and associated simulation environments
- Generation of test vectors for memory test
- Creation of circuitry layouts using common place & route software
- Implementation of verification procedures and corresponding test structures
- Documentation of development results
- Technical contact person for the internal sales organization and external customers
Your profile:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or related fields of study
- Experience in electronics development is desirable (design, simulation, test)
- Knowledge of digital circuit design (Verilog, RTL coding)
- Programming knowledge in C++, Python, Linux-Script
- Confident handling of MS-Office, as well as MS Windows and Linux development environments
- Enjoy teamwork in a multicultural work environment
- Interest in the development of modern semiconductor devices with highest quality standards
- Strong communication skills
- Very good English language skills
