Layout Design Engineer Non-Volatile Memory (m/w/d)

We are looking for a IC Layout Designer (m/f/d) to join our X-FABulous Team.
Your role:
- Layout development of circuit blocks, memory blocks, test chips and test structures in different technology levels up to 110nm structure width.
- Conceptual design of analog and digital layout structures, floorplanning in coordination with design engineers
- Documentation and presentation of development results
Your profile:
- University degree (Uni/FH/HS) in the field of electrical engineering, microelectronics or related disciplines
- Knowledge of working with professional EDA software
- Knowledge of layout verification DRC/LVS/parasitic extraction
- Knowledge of modern semiconductor technologies is desirable
- Programming skills in C++, Python, Linux script
- Confident handling of MS Office, as well as MS Windows and Linux development environment
- Enjoy teamwork in a multicultural working environment
- Interest in the development of modern semiconductor components with the highest quality standards
- Strong communication skills
- Very good knowledge of the English language
