Customer Service Officer

Your Role:
- To support the order management tasks: (Forecast, Orders planning & creation, Shipment, Billing, Sales revenue tracking)
- Lot monitoring via MES system.
- Handling and communication with customers.
- Supporting in meeting KPI.
- Customer Visit Coordination.
- Support any internal/external audit.
- Maintenance and improvement of internal systems to achieve higher quality of works.
- Undertake any other task and duty assigned by the Manager.
Your Profile:
- Academic Qualification: MUST: Bachelor Degree in any Business Management, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Behavioral Competencies:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Pro-active, initiatives, integrity
- Good team player
- Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in programming, macro, Power BI/Power Automate as an added advantage
- Other requirements: Able to travel and communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage
