Customer Service Officer

Kuching, Malaysia

Your Role:

  • To support the order management tasks: (Forecast, Orders planning & creation, Shipment, Billing, Sales revenue tracking)
  • Lot monitoring via MES system.
  • Handling and communication with customers.
  • Supporting in meeting KPI.
  • Customer Visit Coordination.
  • Support any internal/external audit.
  • Maintenance and improvement of internal systems to achieve higher quality of works.
  • Undertake any other task and duty assigned by the Manager.

Your Profile:

  • Academic Qualification: MUST: Bachelor Degree in any Business Management, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Behavioral Competencies:
    • Good communication and negotiation skills
    • Pro-active, initiatives, integrity
    • Good team player
  • Technical Skills:
    • Good knowledge with Microsoft Office
    • Knowledge in programming, macro, Power BI/Power Automate as an added advantage
    • Other requirements: Able to travel and communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage
