FacilitiesJOB SUMMARY
To implement the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management System in X-FAB Sarawak according to the EHS Policy and Guiding Principles, ISO14001 and EHS statutory requirements, primarily in the Environment
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementation of the EHS Management System together with the EHS team at X-FAB Sarawak and X-FAB EHS Global
- Liaise with the Department of Environment (DOE) to ensure compliance to all regulations at the manufacturing facility
- Managing the scheduled and non-scheduled waste management including managing contractor on-site doing the waste collection for disposal and recycling.
- Responsible for handling duty as the competent person for CePSWaM and responsible for managing the eSWIS system for reporting to DOE as per statutory requirements.

- Developing and implementing training and competency programs to support employees and on-site vendors

Dann bist du bei der X-FAB Erfurt Prozessingenieur-Team genau richtig:Thema 1: RIE-Nitrid Prozessoptimierung
Bei der Pore-Ätzung werden in die Nitrid-Membran Löcher geätzt. Die Ätzung muss auf dem darunter liegenden Oxid stoppen. Wenn das Oxid überätzt wird, ist es nicht mehr möglich den Wafer weiter zu bearbeiten und der Wafer wird verschrottet.
Bei einer Versuchsreihe soll hier der bestehende Prozess optimiert werden.
Der Bearbeiter soll mit verschiedenen Parameteränderungen an einigen Versuchswafern die restliche Nitrid-/Oxiddicke und das Ätzmaß bestimmen, um seine Versuche zu beurteilen.
Ziel:
- Verbesserung der Homogenität
- Selektivere Ätzung: Siliziumnitrid zu Siliziumdioxid
- Ätzmaß (lateral) soll gleichbleiben
Geändert werden dürfen:
- Gasmengen
- RF-Leistungen
- Druckbereiche
- Ätzzeiten
Dein Profil:

Finance & ControllingAm Standort Erfurt im Team Accounting & Controlling, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Referent Konzernbuchhaltung (m/w/d).
Deine Rolle:
- Konzernbuchhaltung eines börsennotierten Unternehmens
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung der Konzern-Buchungsrichtlinien bzw. des Konzernhandbuches nach IFRS inkl. Überwachung der Einhaltung
- Analyse und Dokumentation von Konsolidierungssachverhalten und neuen IFRS Standards
- Analyse der bestehenden Rechnungslegungsprozesse zur Identifikation notwendiger Anpassungen im Konzern einschließlich deren Weiterentwicklung
- Unterstützung bei der monatlichen IFRS Überleitung und Konsolidierung der Konzerngesellschaften
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Quartals- und Halbjahresberichte sowie des Annual Reports
- Unterstützung im Rahmen des internen und externen Reportings
Dein Profil:
- Hochschulabschluss in der Studienrichtung Betriebswirtschaft, Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Konzernrechnungswesen oder Wirtschaftsprüfung wünschenswert
- Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein gehören ebenso zu Ihren Stärken wie Durchsetzungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
- Strukturierte, selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Du gehst gern auf Menschen zu, und die tägliche Teamarbeit im multikulturellen Arbeitsumfeld macht Dir Spaß.
