Industrial Installations Project Manager H/F/X

Purpose: X-FAB France is hiring an experienced Industrial Installations Project Manager for its high-tech production site located in Corbeil Essonnes. You will join the Engineering & Supports unit of the Facilities Department, which is made up of Engineers and technicians from various technical fields.

Your responsibilities:

Implement the layout and upgrades of clean rooms and industrial infrastructure.
Conduct feasibility studies.
Lead design studies, relying on specialists from each discipline (air conditioning, water, electricity, chemicals). You will coordinate their activities throughout the projects. You are responsible for achieving results, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and ensuring the installations meet operational and maintenance constraints.
Identify the necessary means and resources for the successful completion of the projects under your responsibility.
Oversee the management of internal and external project studies.
Draft specifications and select the companies involved.
Monitor the progress of the work carried out by the companies.
Organize and implement functional tests in the presence of the operational team.
Adhere to safety procedures and regulations (prevention plans) and clean concept standards.
Report project progress (costs, timelines, etc.) to management.

Your profile: You hold a degree in fluid mechanics or general engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing industrial projects, and you possess strong analytical and synthesis skills.

You demonstrate organization, autonomy, method, and rigor. You enjoy working in a team with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences and consistently show a commitment to successfully completing the tasks assigned to you. A good level of written and spoken English is required.
