Purpose: X-FAB France is hiring an experienced High/Low Voltage Electrical Engineer for its high-tech production site located in Corbeil Essonnes. You will join the Engineering & Supports unit of the Facilities Department, which is composed of Engineers and technicians from various technical disciplines.

Your responsibilities:

Ensure that the electrical distribution systems across the entire site are designed, constructed, operated, and maintained in compliance with applicable regulatory codes, as well as environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.
Participate in the development of High/Low Voltage infrastructure on-site, from the 225kV power supply point to the distribution points (400V, 230V). Propose and implement the evolution strategy for your sector to accommodate upgrades/extensions and prevent technological obsolescence of the installations.
Manage new "electrical installations" projects at the X-FAB Corbeil site, from feasibility studies to project handover: drafting specifications, consulting with companies, conducting technical and financial alignment, and transferring installations to the operations teams.
Ensure that the projects under your responsibility are completed on time and within budget.
Apply your expertise to support the operations and maintenance departments, which manage and maintain these installations in a continuous production environment with high availability constraints:

• Contribute to the improvement of multi-year maintenance plans. • Provide your expertise by conducting malfunction analyses when necessary. • Develop practices and offer support in ensuring the reliability of the installations.
Support the production department with specific equipment connection needs. You will be the point of contact with RTE (Operating Agreement, management of the connection to the public network).

Your profile:

With a background as an engineer or a master’s degree (Bac+5) in electrical engineering (High/Low Voltage), you have a minimum of 15 years of experience in an industrial environment. You are meticulous, autonomous, and an effective communicator (a good level of written and spoken English is required).

You have a strong affinity for technical subjects and are skilled at managing high-value projects. You enjoy working in a team with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, and you consistently demonstrate a commitment to successfully completing the tasks assigned to you.
