Technician Gas & Liquid Chemicals

Mission:
You will operate and maintain distribution facilities for Liquid Chemicals (LCPs) and/or Process Gases. You will ensure that the installations entrusted to you are working properly. You carry out your tasks in compliance with safety rules and procedures. You report on your work using the tools at your disposal (CMMS, activity report, instruction booklet).
You will work as part of a team of technicians on a high-tech site where quality and continuity of service are essential to the business.
Activities :
Operating the installations:
With the help of the centralised technical management system, you will monitor operating parameters and ensure that results comply with specifications,
Requisitioning and then changing chemical product drums/bottles, monitoring decanting operations to ensure continuity of supply,
Taking into account the regular operations necessary for the operation of the installations, including rounds and readings, preventive maintenance according to the schedule, identifying and reporting any anomalies observed or suspected,
Reporting at the end of each shift (reports) and passing on instructions,
Maintenance :
Diagnosing, repairing and improving the reliability of chemical product distribution facilities to ensure continuity of service,
Participation in working groups to improve the reliability of installations, optimise the maintenance plan and optimise operating costs,
These operations are carried out in compliance with the work methods and procedures in place, with the support of the tools provided (CMMS, 5S, FMEA, etc.).
Working hours
Normal with on-call duty (nights and weekends) on a rota basis
Profile :
Education : Professional baccalaureate level with real experience in operations and maintenance.
Knowledge: You have knowledge of pneumatics, electromechanics and hydraulics, as well as basic knowledge of automation and instrumentation. Knowledge of chemistry would be a plus.
You know how to use the various IT tools (office automation, CMMS, BMS system (supervision), etc.).
Personal qualities :
Methodical and rigorous, you are aware of the importance of complying with procedures and safety rules in order to be able to work in specific environments (hazardous chemicals).
You have good organisational skills (scheduled maintenance) and enjoy working in the field.
You're a good listener and you're technically curious, so you'll be able to immerse yourself in the operating logic of our facilities.
You are service-minded, have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
You're dynamic and responsive, and you know how to assess the criticality of situations and trigger escalation procedures when the situation calls for it.
