Your role:
Office organisation for the management and corporate management & support of the Investor Relations department:

  • Creation of presentations, content input
  • Taking minutes, preparation and follow-up of meetings, meetings, events (online & on site); including carrying out follow-up activities
  • Preparation of statistics, documentation
  • Coordinating appointments and organising visits to the business unit as well as workshops, conferences, etc.
  • Supervision of travel management
  • Budget preparation and monitoring
  • Management of the company's vehicle fleet
  • Ensuring the completeness and availability of the operational instructions, directives and notices required in the work area
  • Support with communication at the site
  • Sharepoint key user
  • Communication with external partners (customers, PR agencies, press, authorities, service providers, etc.)
  • Support with investor communication

Your profile:

  • Completed university education/technical college education (e.g. Bachelor, technician or technical business economist) or at least 5 years of professional experience in a job in group 7 or 8
  • Ideally professional experience as an assistant in an internationally operating industrial company 
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
  • Independent and absolutely reliable way of working
  • Strong communication and organisational skills  
  • Willingness to work in a team in a multicultural working environment
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
