Manager Equipment (m/f/x)

Purpose
Lead, unite and develop your team in the implementation of Equipment missions in your sector, in line with the objectives of X-FAB France Operations.

Your Missions
Coordinate the implementation of Equipment missions in your sector:
• Build and keep an Equipment strategy up to date with the Processes team.
• Guarantee the installation of CAPEX plans (investments), from the definition of the need to the Processes/Production handover, according to the budgets and deadlines allocated.
Manage the members of your team in accordance with the values ​​and strategy of the company:
• Define and monitor the objectives of your sector.
• Define, monitor and analyze the performance indicators and dashboards of your sector.
• Make and support the operational and strategic decisions necessary to achieve the objectives of the sector.
• Organize, coordinate and monitor the activities of your sector in the short, medium and long term.
• Unite your employees to promote a favorable working environment.
• Define and implement, in collaboration with the Maintenance team, training plans adapted to its employees, in line with the needs of its team.
• Ensure the safety of its team's property and personnel.

Your Profile
Training: Engineering school, Master's degree
Languages: Fluent English (C1)
You have a methodological approach and you benefit from significant experience in Maintenance through operational and project management.

You have a developed taste for teamwork, your sense of commitment to the customer and priorities will allow you to fully develop this new role.
Your sense of communication and your adaptability will allow you to integrate quickly into our teams.
You will work in an international environment and will have contacts with colleagues or suppliers based abroad
Passionate, you are ready to take on challenges as a team and you want to participate in the development of tomorrow's automotive technologies.
