Staff Engineer

JOB SUMMARY

To improve product quality, product yield, PCM test yield and mass production stabilization

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Responsible for supporting technology/product transfer
  2. Responsible for acquiring process flow and product measurement SPEC, control limit and target of the transferred technology and products
  3. Responsible for supporting improvement activities of quality, yield and Do by working with Quality and process modules and defect management group
  4. Responsible for SM change of the transferred technology and products
  5. Responsible for supporting prototype product setup which is directly loaded from customer and responsible for verification
  6. Responsible for monitoring/analyzing PCM OOC/OOS issue & Cpk improvement
  7. Responsible for involving/supporting problem solving projects of yield issue, in-line issue, and PCM parameter issue
  8. Responsible for involving/supporting in Product FMEA and process control plan of the transferred projects
  9. Responsible for monitoring the SPC of PCM parameters
  10. Responsible for analyzing data for the cost effective process flow
  11. Responsible for interface and support of customer’s technical issues with CRF
  12. To contribute towards the achievement of quality objectives by complying to the quality operating system and participating in continuous improvement activities (defect prevention, reduction of variation or prevention of waste)
  13. To contribute towards the achievement of the EHS objectives by complying to the EHS policy and participating in the implementation of EHS management system.

14.  Any other assignment deems fit that shall be given to you from time to time.

Support problem solving on all related PCM, yield & reliability issue

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  1. Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Bachelor Degree in Science
  2. Experience: Preferably 5 to 10 years' experience.

  1. Good communication skills – fluent in English, written and spoken
  2. Team work and collaboration skills

 

Technical/ Functional Competencies

  1. Knowledgeable in semiconductor manufacturing process
  2. Knowledgeable in EXCEL, Microsoft and PowerPoint
  3. Good knowledge in Technical & theoretical of electrical and mechanical
  4. Good problem solving skills
