Your role:

  • Defining and implementing X-FAB’s sales and marketing strategy for MEMS products and process developments
  • Driving the product offer for Heterogeneous Integration / Advanced Packaging and MEMS foundry services
  • Interfacing with new and potential customers to identify their needs and potential fit to X-FAB's services and process technologies
  • Tracking the latest industry trends and identifying target markets and customer groups for X-FAB's expanding business, including competitor research, identification of potential future markets and definition of technical requirements for X-FAB to meet customer demands
  • Defining the local product strategy
  • Supporting to specify the technical development of X-FAB’s roadmaps
  • Participating and decision taking of future developments regarding process technology, process characterization, design libraries and PDKs
  • Commercial responsibility for pricing
  • Observing market trends and reporting of customer requirements to our internal organization
  • Interfacing with the Sales and Support offices:
    • Providing support and guidance on business developments, new account acquisitions and MEMS abilities
    • Creating commercial and technical offers for the increasing number of non-standard business cases

Your profile:

  • University degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or a comparable discipline
  • Initial knowledge of the semiconductor market and experience in customer contact
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as assertiveness
  • Ability to work in a team and interest in an international environment
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, analytical approach, and problem-solving skills
  • Business fluent in English (written and spoken) 
  • Knowledge of German and/or French desirable
  • Willingness to travel on business, including abroad (up to 40%)
