Supplier Quality Engineering (m/f/x)

Corbeil-Essonnes, France

Purpose :

To support its growth, X-FAB France is looking to strengthen its Quality team. The primary mission of this team is to ensure a high level of quality in accordance with internal and external procedures and specifications. It is the key point of contact in the relationship X-FAB maintains with its customers and defines robust improvement plans.

Your missions :

Customer Quality:

You will be the primary contact for customers and will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer complaints within the given time frame (8D Methodology),
  • Validating and ensuring the implementation of quality methods and tools,
  • Organizing/Participating in customer audits.

Internal Quality:

  • Lead the non-conformance management process to assess risks and decide on the disposition of parts,
  • Handle any non-conforming events or materials using the 8D methodology,
  • Get involved in projects aimed at the continuous improvement of our organization.

You will be a key player in our continuous improvement plan:

  • "Zero Defect" program,
  • Automotive industry requirements.

You will work closely with:

  • The stakeholders of our site (Integration, Online Testing, Process, Logistics, Maintenance),
  • Group partners (X-FAB Malaysia, Germany),
  • External customers.

Your profile : 

  • Engineer or PhD with experience in the semiconductor field,
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills,
  • Leadership and autonomy,
  • Enjoy teamwork,
  • Ability to adapt communication to different situations/customers (internal/external),
  • Proficiency in quality tools (8D, 5W, FMEA, etc.),
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards,
  • Fluent in French and a very good level of English.
