SPACE Project Manager (m/f/x)

Purpose:
Organize and lead the execution of projects involving several teams (internal to the company, cross-functionally or in collaboration with external companies), in compliance with the objectives, deadlines, budget and specifications agreed to meet X-FAB standards.
Your missions:
Build the project plan (activities, resources, etc.) with the project team.
Define the project objectives throughout the different phases, conduct analyses using the appropriate tools (database, planning), clarify the scope of the tasks assigned to the team members.
Build the project team. If necessary, participate in recruiting resources that the project team lacks.
Lead the execution of the project through the project team:
- Organize project milestone reviews, ensure their validation by the hierarchy/project committee, and establish monitoring of activities, project progress and quality control.
- Identify and analyze the problems encountered by the project, then determine solutions to address them (risk analysis and management).
- Ensure that key stages are completed within the defined deadlines.
- Manage the project logistics and synchronize the deliverables corresponding to your field of expertise.
- Manage the subcontractors involved in the project.
Specify the tasks assigned to the different members of the team.
Evaluate the team's performance and propose training plans if necessary.
Ensure the project's compliance with the specifications (scale, budget and schedule), as well as with quality standards.
Report on the progress of the project to your hierarchy/project committee.
Guarantee the availability of project documentation, its updating according to the obstacles encountered, and its validation.
Your profile:
You have a Bac+5 specialized in industry, you have solid experience in the industrial environment and on SPC methods (minimum 7 years).
You master agile methods and want to join a dynamic team.
A good command of English is necessary (written, oral).
In addition, you:
demonstrate writing skills, synthesis and an excellent sense of communication,
are technically rigorous and autonomous,
know how to work in a team and have good interpersonal skills,
know how to adapt to the context of the project and quickly develop new knowledge and skills.
