Labor Relations Manager (m/f/d)

Corbeil-Essonnes, France

Purpose :

The People & Culture team of X-FAB France is looking for its Labor Relations Manager. Reporting to the French People & Culture Director, on an industrial site with more than 1000 employees, you will manage labor relations in order to maintain a quality social dialogue, you will support the operational staff on individual and collective issues and you will be a key player in helping us prepare for our future by helping us to set up structuring agreements. You will manage a person in charge of personnel administration.

Your role :

Managing social relations:

  • Organising professional elections
  • Schedule the various deadlines with the employee representative bodies: CSE, CSSCT (health, safety and working conditions committee), CSE committees, negotiation committee, etc.
  • Prepare CSE meetings, CSSCT, CSE committees, negotiation committees
  • Prepare mandatory documents and presentations to meet the requirements of social legislation vis-à-vis the social partners and ensure compliance with legal deadlines
  • Co-facilitate meetings with the social partners

Maintaining social dialogue:

  • Maintain a quality social dialogue.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of agreements reached and the follow-up of projects that have resulted in an agreement
  • Establish and share quantitative and qualitative indicators for monitoring the social climate

Supporting operational staff in the exercise of disciplinary law:

  • Advising operational staff on matters relating to employment law
  • Managing disciplinary cases
  • Ensure the follow-up and proper maintenance of litigation files

Preparing for the company's social changes:

  • Ensure social monitoring and identify measures that may have an impact on the company
  • Co-construct a communication and negotiation strategy to facilitate the acceptance of change by social partners and employees
  • Prepare the company's social changes and negotiations by formalising proposals in line with the company's strategy, its collective agreement and labour law with a view to reaching structuring agreements: preparation of files, carrying out specific studies, drafting of draft agreements, etc.

Your profile :

Holder of a degree in employment law at Bac + 5 level and with a first significant experience in social relations, you will be recognized for your rigor and your interpersonal skills.

Recognized for your negotiation skills, you know how to adapt to your interlocutors. Agile and proactive, you are pragmatic and result-oriented. Teamwork is a priority for you.

You have an in-depth knowledge of labour law and social legislation, knowledge of the metallurgy collective agreement is a real plus and you speak fluent English.
