Defectivity Engineer/Final Visual Inspection (M/F/X)

Responsibilities :
With increasing volumes in the automotive market, X-Fab needs to improve its monitoring in order to satisfy customer demands, while taking into account industrial constraints in terms of control equipment capacity and capability, as well as production batch cycle times.

Join our team for a period of 1 year to propose and implement new methods to better control our production equipment and products. To do this, you will be in contact with various teams from different departments such as the capacity team, quality, integration, process engineers and of course the defectivity team.

Your tasks :
Propose a methodology or a new tool to ensure efficient control of the defectivity of our equipment and products.
Make this methodology flexible to various production contingencies (quality events, control equipment shutdowns, new technology put into production, etc.).

You are curious and like challenges
You have good interpersonal skills and thrive on teamwork
You are committed and autonomous
Very good level in French and English (written and spoken)  
BAC +5 or above in physics
