Job Description

Are you looking for a new challenge and ready to leverage your procurement expertise in a dynamic and stimulating environment? We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead purchasing processes (CAPEX, OPEX) in alignment with our company’s strategic objectives.

Purpose of the Role

Your mission will be to manage and optimize the procurement of products in accordance with specifications defined by Management and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for selecting products and suppliers, negotiating the best purchasing conditions (quality, price, deadlines), and proactively and sustainably developing your portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

Drive purchasing activities within your portfolio:

  • Analyze the market and company needs related to your portfolio.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define specifications and quantify the budget.

  • Develop a purchasing strategy and program in alignment with corporate strategy.

  • Manage tender processes, analyze supplier proposals, and anticipate potential risks.

  • Ensure the profitability of purchases and monitor the performance of your actions.

  • Negotiate and finalize contracts (price, quality, deadlines, delivery, payment terms) with support from internal departments (legal, finance).

Manage and develop your portfolio:

  • Oversee the legal and financial aspects of contracts to minimize risks.

  • Resolve commercial and financial disputes in collaboration with your management.

  • Monitor contracts, suppliers, and inventory.

  • Build a strategic supplier portfolio to develop long-term partnerships.

  • Conduct regulatory monitoring to adapt practices to legislative changes.

Profile Sought

  • You hold a degree in management, business, or procurement (bachelor’s/master’s level).

  • You have significant experience in procurement (ideally CAPEX/OPEX).

  • You possess strong negotiation and contract management skills.

  • You are detail-oriented, results-driven, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in office tools and ERP systems is essential.

  • Fluency in English is a plus.
