Functions/Duties: Act as financial liaison for the Lubbock operation, providing financial information, analyses, modeling and guidance to the Lubbock Team and the X-FAB group. Participate in the construction and validation of the financial statements.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, models and propose improved/alternative method(s) in accordance with group guidance.
• Perform detailed financial analyses.
• Review and create financial transactions to correctly report manufacturing and cost activity.
• Create and maintain product standards costs, margin analysis, ROI calculations for CAPEX, R&D and other projects.
• Produce reports/financial data for management team, global parent company, governmental agencies, etc.
• Maintain/Update system to allow proper collection of financial data.
• Back up Accounting Manager and Fab Controller/Director.
• Handle special projects as needed.

Current Skills/Competencies:

• Strong math skills.
• Good computer background with working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven team worker and self-starter.
• Power BI and general ledger accounting experience a plus.
• ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics AX / SAP/ SharePoint a plus).
• Technical understanding a plus

Minimum Requirements:

BBA in Accounting, Finance or Economics. 5 years Planning & Analyses or equivalent and budgeting required. Manufacturing and general ledger experience preferred.
