We offer various in-house programs ranging from technical and operations training to management courses and soft skills programs. All the training programs are designed based on the input from Training Needs Analysis (TNA) conducted annually. Apart from that we also provide e-learning and on-the-job training to build up employees’ knowledge and skill to be more competent in their area of expertise.
We also identify the subject matter experts to become our in-house trainers. These groups of in-house trainers undergo a ‘Train The Trainer’ workshop to enhance their facilitating skills. They will share their knowledge, skills and expertise at their own field to train other employees.
