Responsable Marketing Produit - Photonique sur Silicium (f/h/x) - CDI

Your role :
The Product Marketing Manager for Silicon Photonics (m/f/d) contributes to the development and positioning of X-FAB’s silicon photonics foundry offering, with a particular focus on X-FAB France.
In this role, you will combine market analysis, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth and strengthen the company’s technology roadmap. You will report directly to the Business & Strategy Director of the Microsystems & Photonics Business Unit.
Your responsabilities :
- Contribute to the development and execution of X-FAB’s strategies to grow revenue and profitability in Silicon Photonics
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by building relationships with customers, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders worldwide
- Manage commercial projects for large-scale, customer-specific silicon photonics opportunities, including coordination of scope, priorities, and stakeholder alignment
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback activities to support business decisions
- Translate market needs into input for technology and product roadmap development in collaboration with engineering teams
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Field Application Engineering teams in supporting customers
- Support key account development activities in targeted Silicon Photonics markets
- Contribute to marketing initiatives together with the Marketing Communications team (e.g. presentations, webinars, and promotional materials)
- Represent X-FAB at international conferences, trade fairs, and industry events
Your profile :
- You hold a master’s degree or an engineering degree with a specialization in electronics, physics, microelectronics, or a related field.
- You have several years of experience in business development, product marketing, or a customer-facing role within a high-tech environment.
- You have knowledge of, or an interest in, photonics, semiconductors, or related technologies; experience in silicon photonics is an advantage but not required.
- You have a good understanding of go-to-market strategies in technical environments.
- You have experience managing customer relationships, stakeholders, and negotiations.
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to turn technical topics into business opportunities.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French.
- You take a proactive and structured approach to work, with the ability to collaborate effectively within international and multidisciplinary teams.
- You are available for international travel.

Coordonner la réalisation des missions Equipement sur son secteur :
• Construire et maintenir à jour une stratégie Equipement avec l’équipe Procédés.
• Garantir l’installation des plans de CAPEX (investissements), de la définition du besoin à la remise Procédés/Production, selon les budgets et délais impartis.
Manager les membres de son équipe en accord avec les valeurs et la stratégie de l’entreprise :
• Définir et assurer le suivi des objectifs de son secteur.

Vos missions
Rattaché(e) au département Infrastructures, vous pilotez un périmètre clé et stratégique :
Manager et développer une équipe d’ingénieurs spécialistes et chefs de projet
Structurer et piloter les activités d’ingénierie à court, moyen et long terme
Définir et déployer les programmes d’investissements pluriannuels
Garantir la disponibilité, la fiabilité et l’amélioration continue des installations
Piloter des projets techniques complexes (électricité, automatisme, HVAC, fluides, eau…)
Identifier et déployer des solutions innovantes via une veille technologique active
Garantir la conformité réglementaire (ICPE, ISO 14001, ISO 50001…)
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes HSE, Maintenance, Opérations et fonctions support
Superviser les partenaires externes et valider les choix techniques et contractuels
Assurer la sécurité des interventions via des plans de prévention adaptés
Favoriser un climat de travail collaboratif et performant

Diplôme d’ingénieur ou Bac +5 en génie industriel, énergétique ou équivalent
Expérience
Minimum 10 ans d’expérience en ingénierie industrielle
Expérience confirmée en management d’équipe et pilotage de projets complexes
Compétences techniques
Solide expertise des installations industrielles (énergie, HVAC, fluides, eau…)
Maîtrise de la gestion de projets (certification PMP/PMI appréciée)
Bonne connaissance des normes industrielles et environnementales (ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ICPE…)
Maîtrise des méthodes de résolution de problèmes (8D, PDCA, Ishikawa…)

We are looking for an experienced Database Administrator (M/F/X) to join the IT team at X-FAB France.With your in-depth knowledge of database management systems, you will design, implement, and optimize critical data architectures for the company. You will be responsible for the performance, security, and availability of databases, while supporting business projects and the company’s digital transformation.
Your responsibilities :
- Work closely with IT teams, developers, data scientists, and business representatives
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models based on business needs
- Conduct technology watch and define data infrastructure evolution roadmaps
- Select appropriate database technologies (relational, NoSQL, cloud, etc.)
- Install, configure, and maintain databases
- Apply security, backup, recovery, and archiving policies
- Ensure high availability, resilience, and scalability of data systems
- Monitor performance, diagnose issues, and propose optimizations
Your profile:
- Graduate from an engineering school or equivalent Bac+5 degree with a specialization in IT or data engineering
