Position Summary:
The SENIOR DIRECTOR of Wide Bandgap (WBG) Products will be responsible for the strategic development and profitable growth of the SiC (Silicon Carbide) and GaN (Gallium Nitride) product lines of X-FAB.
Reporting to the Site CEO in Lubbock for SiC and the site CEO in Dresden for GaN, the SENIOR DIRECTOR WBG Products will lead the business teams to position the SiC and GaN product lines on a strong growth trajectory, leveraging market synergies between these two products.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the business strategy for SiC and GaN technologies.
- In coordination with the sites CEO of Lubbock and Dresden, manage business creation and top line growth of the WBG products, to ensure financial targets are met
- Build and lead a high-performing Business Unit team.
- Collaborate with R&D, operations, marketing, and sales to drive product innovation and market adoption.
- Establish strategic partnerships and customer relationships to expand market presence.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and present business performance reports to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of power device technologies, markets and applications (CMOS, SiC or GaN), from >10 years' experience with a semiconductor fabless, or IDM or an automotive Tier1.
- Proven experience in managing P&L and leading global business units in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization.- Master's degree in engineering or related field; MBA is an asset.
This position may be performed hybrid/remotely. The role can be carried out from any U.S. state or any member state of the European Union.

We are looking for a Memory Design Engineer to contribute to a highly innovative team by designing and developing high quality SRAM and ROM. You will work with other team members on the new process design challenges. You will have the chance to create novel low power and high-performance circuits and develop in-house design and verification flows for SRAM and ROM design in the context of ISO26262.
Your Role
As a part of SRAM/ROM Design team, you would be working on
- Architecture definition and schematic design of RAM and ROM compilers to get the most optimal circuit in terms of power and performance.
- Verification of leafcells/circuit blocks including analysis of circuit behavior, timing marginalities, correct description of timing characterization intent on both pre and post layout netlist across the entire PVT space and compiler cut space.
- Implement memory characterization flows based on NLDM/NLPM and CCS characterization
- Mitigate risks through proactive design analysis
- Generate front-end views (LIB) for memory IP integration in System-on-Chip.
- Documentation and design review organization for compliant development in the context of ISO26262

Deine Rolle:
- Du unterstützt unsere Produktion, indem Du dafür sorgst, dass unsere Anlagen technisch verfügbar sind.
- Dazu gehört das Durchführen regelmäßiger Wartungen nach Checkliste und Instandsetzen der Anlagen.
- Du wirst für diese Aufgabe intern qualifiziert. Deine Schichtkollegen, die schon länger dabei sind, unterstützen Dich und sind an Deiner Seite.
- Die Stelle ist befristet für ca. 1,5 bis 2 Jahre.
Dein Profil:
- Du weißt, wie man Schrauben dreht, statt sie zu ziehen.

Bei der Pore-Ätzung werden in die Nitrid-Membran Löcher geätzt. Die Ätzung muss auf dem darunter liegenden Oxid stoppen. Wenn das Oxid überätzt wird, ist es nicht mehr möglich den Wafer weiter zu bearbeiten und der Wafer wird verschrottet.
Bei einer Versuchsreihe soll hier der bestehende Prozess optimiert werden.
Der Bearbeiter soll mit verschiedenen Parameteränderungen an einigen Versuchswafern die restliche Nitrid-/Oxiddicke und das Ätzmaß bestimmen, um seine Versuche zu beurteilen.
Ziel:
- Verbesserung der Homogenität
- Selektivere Ätzung: Siliziumnitrid zu Siliziumdioxid
- Ätzmaß (lateral) soll gleichbleiben
