Senior Customer Service Representative (f/m/d)

Purpose of the Role

The Customer Support department of X-FAB France is looking for its new Customer Account Manager (m/f/x).

As a Customer Account Manager (m/f/x), you will build long-lasting and trusted relationships with customers while maximizing their satisfaction in order to ensure the sustainability and growth of the revenue generated by your customer portfolio.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders, monitor their execution, and coordinate deliveries in collaboration with internal teams and other group sites.
  • Analyze customer forecasts, anticipate risks, and ensure proactive communication in the event of production or delivery issues.
  • Ensure the implementation of commercial agreements and handle customer complaints, product returns, and specific requests.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by providing responsive support and high-quality communication.
  • Participate in customer audits and business reviews to support customer satisfaction and account retention.
  • Contribute to achieving performance objectives (On-Time Delivery, revenue, customer satisfaction) and propose continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Your Profile

  • Master's degree (Business School, Master's Degree, or equivalent) with a specialization in Supply Chain Management or Customer Relationship Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of significant professional experience in an industrial environment.
  • Professional proficiency in English (B2 level or above); knowledge of Mandarin Chinese would be a strong asset.
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and curious.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple topics simultaneously while meeting deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and strong prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experienced with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft AX).
