Customer Quality Engineer (M/F/D)

Job Purpose
To be responsible for and guarantee the quality of products and services provided to customers, serving as their primary interface for all quality-related matters.
Main Responsibilities

Customer Interface:
-
Act as the primary contact for the customer.

Commit to resolving issues on behalf of the company.
-
Represent customer interests within X-FAB France.
-
Follow up on specific customer requests.
-

Product and Service Compliance:
-
Ensure compliance of products and services with internal procedures and contractual conditions.
-
Validate and implement quality methods to meet customer expectations.
-

Internal Coordination:
-
Coordinate interactions between customers and internal teams (Process Engineers, R&D, etc.).
-
Oversee analyses performed by group laboratories and ensure results are delivered within agreed timelines.

Quality Issue Management:

Identify and analyze quality-related issues.
-
Organize the development and monitoring of corrective and preventive action plans.

Corrective Action Follow-up:
-
Lead corrective/preventive actions following customer requests or incidents affecting product or service quality.

Ensure these actions are implemented effectively.

External Audits:
-
Participate in the preparation and execution of external quality audits.
-

Expertise in quality management, project management, and customer relations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Strong proficiency in quality tools and methods.
