Job description
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and the Business Unit to identify and implement long-term strategies.
- Conduct internal and external assessments for business improvements, growth opportunities, and potential risks.· Evaluate and improve business processes for enhanced operation efficiency aligned with long-term objectives.
- Assist in the creation and management of long-term supply agreements with customers, acting as a subject matter expert on contract terms.
- Support the development of a long-term competitive strategy, including strategic planning and fostering customer relationships.
- Drive Sales Teams and Business Unit alignment to ensure coordination between business unit goals and sales strategies.
- Collect long-term forecast data from customers, ensuring accurate reporting to management.
- Champion Business Unit projects, ensuring their progress and providing regular reports to management.
Job requirements
Skills/ Competencies:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Specialist or similar role
- Creative and quantitative thinker.
- Market Knowledge and experienced in market analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
- Should be familiar with various marketing techniques, like email campaigns and pricing strategies.
- Keen eye for detail

- High energy
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Minimum Educational Requirements:
- B.S. degree in Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years experience in business development
