Your Role
- Development of ESD protection devices and ESD protection concepts for X-FAB process technologies
- Design and layout of digital or high-voltage I/O libraries
- Application of best-practice layout techniques for I/O pad cells
- Physical verification, characterization, and documentation of I/O pad libraries
- Collaboration in the creation of specifications and documentation
Your Profile
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
- Preferably experience with integrated components and semiconductor technology
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
