Technician Facility Service (m/f/d) – Focus on Cooling/Heating

At our Erfurt location, we are looking for a Technician (m/f/d) in the Facility Service, Media Supply area as soon as possible.

Your Role:

Technological monitoring of supply systems including associated safety technology:
- Evaluation of system logs and fault reports
Planning and coordinating maintenance and repair measures:
- Obtaining quotes
- Organizing repairs
- Maintaining the database
Commissioning new systems and units
Performing consumption management:
- Monthly evaluation of results
- Data preparation and visualization
Billing of consumption for the Facility Service area including invoicing
Measures for employee qualification

Your Profile:

You have extensive and long-standing professional experience in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) and additional completed training such as a technician or master craftsman qualification.
You are proficient in the common MS Office suite, including visualization of large data sets.
You are accustomed to professional interaction with customers and contractors.
You take responsibility, are resilient, work efficiently, and present yourself in a confident and reliable manner.
