Your role:
📩 You manage the Sales EMEA inbox: distribute inquiries or answer them yourself
📝 You provide support for contracts via Adobe Sign
🔎 You check & qualify new leads (enrich data + work through checklist)
💻 You enter information into Salesforce
📞 You make initial follow-ups with new inquiries (according to script)
📈 You provide support for opportunities: track status, obtain updates, briefly ping customers (according to script)
What you bring - You are the perfect fit if you...
📚 Are studying business administration or a similar subject – e.g., with a focus on business informatics, international business, logistics, or similar
🤝 enjoy working in a team and are reliable
🕒 can provide on-site support for up to 20 hours/week
🧠 work in a structured manner and enjoy documenting things clearly
💻 are proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
🌐 are confident in English (international exchange is part of the job)
