As a Content & Communications Specialist, you will work closely with international teams, specialist departments, and management, actively shaping the company’s communications.
Your Role:
- Conceptualization, creation, and coordination of content (text, image, video) for websites, landing pages, social media, intranet, presentations, print, and press formats in close collaboration with specialist departments and management
- Development and implementation of integrated communication concepts for internal and external corporate communications, including campaigns, event, and product communication
- Ensuring a consistent brand and corporate design presence across all communication channels
- Creation, maintenance, and continuous development of company and management presentations for customers, investors, and employees
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of video and media projects, including coordination with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and service providers
- Coordination of external agencies, service providers, and production partners
- Close cross-site and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, HR, IT, Management, and external partners on both national and international level
Your Profile:
- Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Communication, or a comparable field of study
- Professional experience in corporate communications, marketing, content creation, media production, or campaign management
- Creativity and a strong sense for target-group-oriented communication and modern storytelling
- Excellent skills in creating and preparing content (text, image, video, presentations)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint; experience with graphic design and video editing tools as well as Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with different departments and international teams
- Ability to prepare and present technical content in a clear and audience-oriented manner
- High level of initiative, creativity, and quality awareness
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
