Process Owner as a Functional Expert (m/f/d)
Your role:
As Functional Expert Quality (m/f/d), you will act as the global process owner and play a key role in developing,
harmonizing, and optimizing business processes across all sites.
Your key tasks include:
• Global ownership, definition, and continuous improvement of all Quality processes
• Identification of process requirements and gaps in close collaboration with all stakeholders
• Harmonization, standardization, and synchronization of global tools and methodologies
• Driving digitalization and implementing innovative operational methods
• Leading initiatives to increase efficiency and automate processes
• Ensuring integration of business processes into the IT system landscape
• Managing global documentation related to business processes
• Leading and coordinating global Quality Improvement projects
• Supporting and initiating Lean programs (Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma)
• Coordinating global internal and external stakeholders
• Conducting continuous analysis of process performance and identifying optimization opportunities
• Supporting change management activities related to global process changes
Your profile:
• Completed university degree with an advanced qualification (Master’s, Diploma, PhD)
• Extensive professional experience in process management and continuous improvement
• Strong expertise in Lean, BPM, Six Sigma, and operational excellence
• Proven project leadership skills and experience working with global teams
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and process modeling tools (e.g., Signavio)
• High IT affinity, including databases, planning platforms, communication tools, and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and intercultural skills
